Rihala F.Z.C. T/A Kalessie — Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.kalessie.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products offered by Rihala F.Z.C., trading as Kalessie (“Kalessie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Ajman Free Zone Authority.
These Terms apply to all online and in-app transactions conducted within or outside the UAE.

3. Product Orders, Pricing & Payment
3.1 Pricing and Currency: All prices are in AED and inclusive of VAT where applicable under UAE Federal Tax Authority rules.
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Mamo Pay, Tap Payments, and Stripe UAE.
3.3 Payment Security: We do not store card data. Transactions are processed under PCI-DSS standards and UAE PDPL 2021 requirements.
3.4 Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs once the product is shipped. We may refuse any order at our discretion.
4.1 UAE Delivery: 2 – 5 business days.
4.2 International Delivery: 5 – 14 business days depending on destination.
4.3 Force Majeure: Kalessie is not responsible for delays arising from customs, courier disruptions, or events beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
5.1 Eligibility: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, consistent with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020.
5.2 Non-Returnable Items: Earrings and hygiene-sensitive goods.
5.3 Refund Process: Processed within 7 – 10 business days to the original payment method once approved.
5.4 Cancellations: Allowed within 1 hour of order placement if unprocessed.

All Site content (text, graphics, imagery, logos, digital downloads) is owned by Rihala F.Z.C. or its licensors and protected under UAE and international IP laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Your personal data is processed per UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Kalessie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the item purchased.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Ajman Free Zone Authority.
Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ajman Federal Court of First Instance
10. Force Majeure and Severability
If any part of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect. Kalessie shall not be liable for performance failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
