This Privacy Policy explains how Rihala F.Z.C. (T/A Kalessie) (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit www.kalessie.com or interact with our services.
We are the Data Controller responsible for your information and operate in full compliance with:

● Ajman Free Zone E-Commerce Regulations.

We only collect information necessary to fulfill your orders and improve our services:

● Transaction Data: Products purchased, purchase date, delivery address (B.C. 1306394, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building).
● Financial Data: Partial payment details (handled securely by Mamo Pay, Tap Payments, and Stripe UAE – we never store card numbers).
● Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies usage statistics.
We process your data lawfully and only for the following purposes:
● To process and deliver orders, returns, and refunds.
● To manage secure payments and prevent fraud.
● To communicate about orders, support, and service updates.
● To comply with UAE legal obligations (tax, AML regulations).

● Port your data to another controller.
