1. General Information
Rihala F.Z.C. (T/A Kalessie) is committed to ensuring timely, safe, and secure delivery of all orders from our operational base in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
All deliveries are handled through licensed logistics partners and conducted in accordance with UAE e-commerce regulations.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been confirmed and processed (typically within 1 business day).
● UAE Delivery: 2 – 5 business days.
● International Delivery: 5 – 14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak periods, or due to courier or customs delays. Kalessie is not liable for delays beyond our control (see Force Majeure clause below).
We partner with reputable third-party logistics providers (e.g., Aramex, Fetchr, DHL, and other regional carriers) to ensure secure and trackable delivery.
All shipments are handled under traceable airway bills (AWBs).
● Calculated at Checkout: Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on weight, size, and delivery location.
● Free Shipping: When applicable, free-shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on the website and applied automatically upon meeting the stated conditions.
● International Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. These costs are not included in product prices or shipping charges.
5.1 Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the customer is responsible for re-shipment or return fees.
5.2 Missed Delivery: If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, the courier may reattempt or return the parcel to Kalessie. The customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
5.3 Lost or Damaged Parcels: In case of loss or significant damage during transit, contact support@kalessie.comwithin 48 hours of expected delivery. Kalessie will coordinate with the courier to investigate and may issue a replacement or refund once verified.
5.4 Customer Responsibility: Customers must ensure correct delivery information is entered. Kalessie shall not be liable for undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and a direct link to monitor your order’s progress. Tracking updates depend on courier system scans and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
Kalessie is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to customs holds, natural disasters, strikes, carrier delays, or government restrictions. In such cases, delivery timeframes may be extended accordingly.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Ajman Free Zone Authority.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ajman Federal Court of First Instance.
